A shelter-in-place advisory has just been issued by UM. For your safety: - If you are on campus, remain where you are, stay in place, and lock all doors. - If you are not on campus, please do not come to campus. All classes, exams and events have been cancelled for the day.

Winnipeg Police Services has said the incident at UM (Fort Garry Campus) has been resolved. It has been determined that there is no imminent threat to public safety. The Major Crimes Unit continues to investigate this matter. We thank you for your patience and cooperation.
