Notre Dame leads 1-0 at the first intermission. The Irish’s physicality on the forecheck had Michigan on the backfoot the majority of the period. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Naurato change up his lines in the second for a spark.

Notre Dame: 1 | Michigan: 0 after two periods. Although still down, that was a much better period from the Wolverines who were inches away from a goal a handful of times.

The Wolverines even things up at one apiece early in the third period!

Notre Dame: 1 | Michigan: 1 Headed to OT! Notre Dame will start with 30 seconds remaining on the PP. Michigan has almost doubled up Notre Dame in shots and was THAT close to winning it shorthanded with 25 seconds left in the third period.
