At 5 p.m., Tropical Storm Ernesto moving away from Montserrat, however, a few spiral bands associated with its broad circulation will still produce a few showers over the island tonight and into early tomorrow. A Flash Flood Watch and a Small Craft Advisory remain in effect.

Advisory Notice: Belham Valley River Crossings and Zone V Closure The three crossings of the Belham Valley River are currently impassable. As a result, Zone V remains closed, and all sand mining operations and tours south of the Belham Valley have been suspended.
