It appears METEOR-M 2-4 may be online now. One user has seen LRPT on 137.1Mhz and another on L-Band apparently. It is apparently very close to M2-2. I'll implement detection & what I can (without a definite NORAD yet) as soon as I get some sample data from either LRPT or HRPT.
