UPSHUR County/State Highway 300 from U.S. 271 to FM 3358 south: Starting tomorrow/Tuesday, December 16, the final road configuration will be in place. Vehicles will travel on new, 11-foot travel lanes with 5-foot shoulders separated by a 14 foot median. Construction is ongoing
