That's right! Over 2 lbs takes you straight to a first degree cannabis possession crime - a felony with up to 5 years incarceration. Also to mention, in states that have legalized, racial disparities in arrests have INCREASED.

The HF100 Conference Committee is telling you that you can grow the plants, but you have to commit a felony at harvest or incinerate your plant material after you've harvested 2 lbs. This is some wild stuff and the kind of error that we shouldn't have to come back to fix next yr
