This is Chelsea's captain hierarchy for this season: 1) James 2) Enzo 3) Caicedo 4) Colwill However, it seems some Chelsea fans are not pleased with certain decisions, but I don't think the captaincy is an issue right now. Let's focus on winning. What's your opinion?

James will likely stay unfit for most of the season; we all knew this before they appointed him. Both Enzo and Caicedo must have shown some leadership skills to the new manager. Colwill is the youngest but has leadership traits, plus he's a Cobham product. So no issues.

Madueke was heavily marked. Look at the statsβ€”there was no or low ball progression from his side. Man-marked against Bournemouth, there was a tactical plan to prevent him and Cole from combination play, something that was disastrous for Wolves. Bournemouth really planned well

Wanted to point this out: his counter-pressing is massively underrated. Both his technical ability/counter-pressing are evident that he's from La Masia. Back then, Barcelona's counter-press aimed to win the ball back within 6 seconds, and you can still see that trait in Cucu.

Nice thread. Emphasis on the tactical plan to stop the Cole and Noni combination play on the RHS, and they also prevent Cole from dictating the tempo of the game. Again, Bournemouth were aggressive from the 0th to the 90th min, which helped them set a high tempo in their favor.

GyΓΆkeres can create for himself with the intention to score whenever he's inside the box. That's a special quality. I like strikers with that mentality, aiming to score whenever they are around the box.

An interesting tactical discussion about solving Milan's build-up issues in the first half πŸ‘‡ Really enjoyed the conversation with Tactx and Umir. Looking forward to more.

I genuinely wanted to ask who truly deserves to be a starter between Noni and Neto, since we've signed Sancho to compete for the left-wing position with Mudryk. For the right-wing position, who are you starting: Noni or Neto? & What are your reasons?

Nico improved toward the end of last season, but he hasn't started this season the way he finished last. He’s still a bit behind; however, I think he deserves to keep playing to raise his standard. Nkunku also deserves more min than he's had tough but maybe Nkunku.

Chelsea is currently at the top of the PL table for away results, but in 17th position in home results earning just a point. It's saddening, considering we once went 86 home league matches unbeaten at Stamford Bridge over 4yrs. We need to make Stamford Bridge a fortress again.

I just remembered that Wan-Bissaka will be West Ham's RB against our left winger. Wan is arguably one of the best defensive RB in the league and is difficult to beat in a 1v1 situation. Whichever player plays as Chelsea's left winger needs to be prepared to get the better of him.
