Meeting about the race today down by the lake. Water was flat calm and looked lovely, but was about 2 degrees

Transition is covered in snow... Should be gone by July though :-)

Ice forming on the lake and the windchill is a killer!!! The days are lengthening though :-)

Loads of fresh tar going down the full way round the bike route... Smoother and faster this year.. Still got the hills though...
