~2020: Ford sold me a vehicle with 10 issues—faulty from day one. Had to fight for my rejection rights under the Consumer Rights Act. Only got justice after the Ombudsman stepped in. Ford’s negligence started here, and it’s only gotten worse. I eventually managed to get the car

2024: Ford struck again with another vehicle—infotainment system completely knackered upon collection. Another faulty car, another rejection. They can’t get it right, but they’ll happily take your money for shoddy goods. My second turd of a vehicle in 3 years. @FordUK #FordFail
