Working on staying humble and gentle with myself. It's hard to not be hard on yourself when you don't have your feet on the ground quite yet. I just got remind myself that a lot is hard right now and I am doing my best. Investing in myself for my future is always enough.

Research and scientific advancements in HIV treatment have come a long way since the start of the epidemic in 1981. Today, the science is clear: people living with HIV who are on effective treatment CANNOT PASS THE VIRUS on to others sexually.

This is a national problem and something needs to happen!!!
