Day 4 in the Virgin Media ❤️ house. The e-mail debacle continues; still no e-mail history or folders restored. And the silence is deafening. How about an update VM? Or did you e-mail & it hasn't arrived? 🤔 If it wasn't so serious it would be laughable.

At last, Virgin Media ❤️'s Director of Customer Service, Axel Wehrle, gets off the pot & finally explains the e-mail problem. It's a bit of a concern for an IT business to not only have the problem but also take so long to fix it, don't you think? And still not fixed.......

At last, an update on Weds from Axel Wehrle re the email debacle. System taken down overnight for "essential works" and is now intermittent. But still no sign of the missing folders or indeed a plan for recovery. Not looking good is it Virgin Media ❤️ ? TWO WHOLE WEEKS NOW!!! 👿

So Virgin Media ❤️ what's the plan? You took e-mail down overnight on Thursday, intermittent service all day and still no folders restored! It seems you may have outsourced your storage support; I hope you're confident they have the back ups! When can we expect this to be resolved?

And inexplicably, Outlook has disappeared on my laptop with only the Virgin Media ❤️ appsuite working. It's bizarre & unforgiveable for a systems provider to treat a loyal customer like this. Go figure where I will take my loyalty. Customers vote with their feet & their business.
