So with the update I am about to do iTunes will be out of my life forever. I thought it fitting to listen to the oldest song that I purchased on iTunes before I update. Turns out that song is Grace by U2 - 12/30/03

I remember listening to this U2 record “All that you can’t leave behind”. On my 2nd Gen iPod 20gb (4000 songs in my pocket).

They didn’t have apple stores yet. Used to go to CompUSA in Cool Springs to buy Apple stuff. I lived in the Colony House Apartments downtown Franklin. Funny how a song can take you back.

We as a production industry need to get serious about live audio at awards shows. Watching the Grammies, with the best in the world, and the broadcast is in 1080p with basic audio. We can do way better.
