Last week I had a brilliant time on the Natural Environment Research Council 3D and 4D imaging (XCT) course in Manchester lead by Kate Dobson. Certainly has some fascinating potential applications to my current PhD work!
While not as extensive as at my usual Pen-y-ghent pilgrimage, it was wonderful to see Purple Saxifrage on the basalt escarpment of Benevenagh, Co. Londonderry today BSBI: Botanical Society of Britain & Ireland BSBI Ireland Binevenagh & Coastal Lowlands LPS @cedarnmni
Thoroughly enjoyed my first conference presenting my PhD topic- to Sea Level and Coastal Change QRA working group this afternoon. Thank you for making me feel welcome and I'm looking forward to hopefully bringing my first data next year in person!
