Well tonight I am ordering out pizza so I was looking through my stash and our new vintage 2019 Reddy Vineyards Duchman Winery Sangiovese is perfect to pair with. Very light and fruit forward will go perfectly with the tomato sauce and pepperoni. #txwine

Also for summer @DuchmanWineryhas chosen 3 of our labels for enjoying the heat and attempting to cool of the Texas way. The 2018 Viognier, 2018 Dry Rose’, and the double gold winery Roussanne/Viognier blend. All form the TX high plains. #txwine

As Duchman Winery doesn’t make a Cab or a predominate Cab blend I thought I would open our Double Gold BIC 2015 Aglianico with a point score of 96 from SFIWC. This varietal ages very well and with layers of stewed fruits, structured tannins, and hints of baking spice. #TXwine
