Your ceiling is what you’re capable of, but your floor is who you really are.  True greatness isn’t just about peaks—it’s about raising your floor so even on your off days, you’re still elite.

"I want to see you practice. Anybody can put together a highlight tape. I want to see you practice because how you practice is who you are." COACH PRIME Habits, not highlights, set the greats apart. It's what you repeatedly do-not occasionally do-that makes you exceptional.

Dan Hurley said, "My players accept hard coaching because they know how much we love them." Tough coaching only works if relationships come first. • It means trust. • It means caring. • It means communication. That’s caring about people. That's leadership.

Don't count your minutes. Make your minutes count. "If you get 2 minutes, be as good as you can be in your two minutes. Don't pout about your 2 minutes. Show the coach in your 2 minutes you make good decisions-then you get 4-now you get 8. You have to have the right mindset."
