Calgary Stampede reserve champion steer went to Toby Noble of Lloydminster, Sask. who is congratulated by Kansas judge Brigham Stewart. Toby received a cheque for $11,000 split between cash and scholarship funds. Five of the top 6 steers were from Saskatchewan juniors.
