I thought the solar storm last month was amazing, but this show last night was something else! Northern lights photographed in Birmingham, from my loft window in Sutton Coldfield. Look at the structure in the pink/red Aurora!! #northernlights #AuroraBorealis #ukweather

The great British summer 🌧️ We have had our garden re landscaped and I put this corten steel bird feeder out yesterday. Due to this magnificent British weather it has started weathering straight away and it looks superb! Loving watching the steel turn to rust 😍

Did anyone spot this amazing huge 22 degree Lunar Halo last night? I’ve pushed the saturation & detail to bring out the rainbow and also the even rarer Parhelic Circle - a horizontal line which would stretch all around the horizon #lunarhalo #22degreelunarhalo #parheliccircle

Up on THE roof Huge thanks to Paradise Birmingham for inviting me to the top of the tallest building in Birmingham, the Octagon. It was a huge privilege to be among the group of photographers shooting the sunset last night and sunrise this morning 🙌 Loads more photos to come…

Can you believe The Octagon topped out nearly 7 months ago?  This is an incredible throwback showing our brilliant Birmingham from 155 metres in the air. Thanks for sharing these Tim Cornbill.  #OctagonBham #Birmingham
