The UK Supreme Court will hear the appeal in #Okpabi v Shell on Tuesday 23 June. The panel includes 3 of the 5 Justices from #Vedanta: Lord Briggs (who wrote the judgment), Lord Hodge (now Deputy President) and Lady Black. They will be joined by Lord Kitchin and Lord Hamblen.
