I want to book a solo holiday with loveholidays in three weeks but need to confirm I can get a transfer in my wheelchair. I can’t book until I confirm. I call to confirm but can’t speak to someone unless I have booked….. Someone didn’t think that one through. ExpediaUK it is!

Booking a holiday should be simple. loveholidays is making this impossible for me. Not passing my #wheelchair info to the hotel, transfer or airline is crazy! And I can’t do it because I’m not the agent. Arghhh
