The U9 Eagles final game before Xmas started well and were in with a chance right up until the last 10 mins, ultimately lost to a well-organised Wigston side who passed the ball around well. It was very cold, wet and muddy day, all of the boys worked hard from start to end 🦅⚽️🥶

Our under 11’s played their first cup game of the season, running out worthy winners the story was most definitely the weather. Scoring 2 good goals as the storm hit hardest Thurlaston is famous for being a few degrees colder than most grounds, today was a different level🥶⚽️😮

The Under 9 Eagles 🦅 had a brilliant return after the recent lockdown, hitting double figures & keeping a clean sheet, unlike a few of the other games today we were blessed with sunshine and great conditions for football.
