The Acropolis certainly didn’t disappoint. Although I did keep thinking of The Trafford Centre, not gonna lie. My grandad lived in Athens in the 1950s & always told me how he etched our - highly unusual surname - into the marble. I couldn’t see it. But then it is mahoosive!

Tell me this is as weird as I thought it was… Just took a flight from Athens to Rhodes. A guy took a sugar dummy - yes, the type you get from seaside shops (along with cock rocks, sticks of rock etc) - from his bag & ate it on the plane??!

2 Acropoleis (yes, I had to Google the plural of Acropolis, it ain’t a common word round our way) in 2 weeks. The ancient Greeks certainly weren’t shy of a hillside path. They must have been built like mountain goats, not at all like me 🥵 Last day in beautiful 🇬🇷

It’s a very long time since I used #RecoveryPosse as nowadays I never talk about my recovery. But I’m here at a (very swanky) cinema to watch The Outrun - which was one of my absolute favourite recovery reads. Only found out it was a film today & here I am! Shall report back
