🚨 HOW TO APPROACH A DEFENDER 🚨 1. Small, slow touches to draw the defender in. 2. Disguise one way and push the other. 3. Explode into the space. #football #soccer #footballtiktok #footballcoach #footballcoaching #footballdrills

🚨 MOVEMENT TO CREATE SPACE 🚨 1. Move away from where you want to get the ball. 2. Try to move behind the defender to make it harder for them to watch you and the ball. 3. Accelerate into the space and across the front of the defender.

🚨 OUTSIDE OF THE FOOT TOUCHES 🚨 Great when driving at pace. 1. Point toes down to allow running at full speed. 2. Bigger touches the quicker you run. 3. Practice changing direction at pace going both left and right.

🚨 IMPROVE YOUR FIRST TOUCH WHEN DRILLED IN TO YOU 🚨 1. Be ready to move and adjust - dont atretch for the ball! 2. Use the inside of your foot. Most reliable and consistent. 3. Pull your foot away as it makes contact with the ball.

🚨 3 TWO TOUCH FINISHING DRILLS 🚨 Drill one: pull away from the defender, afress touch with back foot and hit through with laces. Drill two: start on the defenders blind side, make an agressive movement towards the ball and touch around the corner. Power far corner. 1/2

🚨 REVERSE PASS 🚨 Really important pass for all players! 1. Face straight on. 2. Place your foot slightly firther back to allow space for the ball to go 90 degrees. 3. Keep chest and hips straight for as long as possible. 4. Make contact with the side of the ball.
