The team needs time and space to work. A good project manager knows how to clear the way so that this can happen. They know deadlines are short, and that too many interruptions adversely impact the quality of the work. A good project manager's presence is barely felt.

To some a meeting is working. To a creative it is an interruption of the work - a hard stop. Schedule accordingly. If everyone is creative, you know and appreciate the impact a meeting can have on creatives creating. Why then are there so many meetings?
