Yesterday, President Roers and Steward Mike Gatlin teamed up to talk with the membership at Johnson Brothers about the importance of the Teamsters DRIVE program, and how their contributions make a difference. Also, a big congratulations to our newest member, Stevie Griffin!

Congratulations to MN Governor Walz on being chosen as the Democratic VP nominee! During his time in office Walz has talked the talk as a strong advocate for Labor, and walked the walk supporting us on the picket line during a hard fought strike.

Today Joint Council 32, which Local 792 is a part of, has officially endorsed the Harris-Walz ticket for President. We enthusiastically support this decision, and these candidates, who are proven advocates of Teamsters!

Secretary-Treasurer Kris Knight, and Agent Nick Hartse hit the road today to show their support for the Nurses in Iowa that are organizing with Teamsters Local 90. UnityPoint has subjected them to a massive anti-union campaign, and are standing strong leading up to their vote!
