Stop and take a beat where the air is sweet! Screen time can be a way to laugh, learn, and connect, but it can also leave us feeling anxious or distracted. Paying attention to our bodies and minds can help us make mindful choices, and know when it's time to take a break.

You may not see it right away. There are things that don’t make sense. It seems like a setback; people coming against you. But they can’t stop your destiny. God is using them to move you to where He wants you to be.

Look back over your life. There’s not a time when God has failed you. It may not have been easy, but He made a way. He sustained you through the loss. He had mercy on your mistakes. He opened doors you couldn’t open. Why are you doubting Him now?

This is why we need to watch out for thoughts that begin with I can’t or I’m not. The enemy stays busy telling us about our weaknesses—everything we are not and what we can’t do. But we don’t have to listen to him. If we know God’s Word, we can find out everything we are in Him.
