Our wonderful steering group members and project lead, completed a 10 mile sponsored walk at Dunford Bridge. We would like to say a huge thankyou to everyone for their sponsors, this will help provide a wonder Christmas to our #careexperienced YP again this year. Thank you ❤️

Proud to be the chair & lead of this amazing project that makes a significant difference to #Careexperienced young people who would alternatively be on their own on Christmas Day! My hopes are that it will allow young people to feel they are not alone and create lifelong links❤️
