Today was nice milestone day on 2 fronts... Broke the 220 lbs barrier & am now in the 2-teens range. That's a loss of nearly 30 lbs & about another 15 lbs to go. Also set a new PR on my neighborhood run. Beat previous best time from Aug 2017 by 10 sec. #BuddyEliminationProject

Congrats to the Bears for earning the NPSL #1 seed in West Central Districts. The Bears, led by senior pitcher Nick Dazell, won convincingly over Federal Way 10-0. Nick allowed only 2 hits with 14 strikeouts over 6 innings.
