It's 23:58. I'm in my hotel room after a night out with my team for our offsite. I'm not completely sober. I have a presentation tomorrow morning… So obviously, I'm building a last minute surprise feature.

i have the right team: yesterday i presented our product vision. an engineer said he didn’t think a feature was technically possible. on his own, he spent a few hours researching feasibility, built a demo, and presented it to the whole team this morning. and yes, it works.
