A great day to celebrate the Intl. Amateur Radio centenary in Paris. Welcoming messages from the Doreen Bogdan-Martin CEPT and Comisión Interamericana de Telecomunicaciones. The Doreen Bogdan-Martin presented IARU with an original copy of the 1927 Radio Regulations that first defined the amateur service and allocated 80,40,20,10 and 5 meters
