Q for twitter hive mind. I get insomnia often, but when I travel with work, stay in hotels etc I barely get any sleep. Recently diagnosed with #ADHD and wondering if it's related. I know normal insomnia is, but the travel thing? Anyone with/out #ADHD have similar issues?
