A constructive Parish Council mtg last night debating the Breckland Council local plan update. We received a comprehensive report from our planning consultant & unanimously agreed our formal response. We also welcomed some members of Mileham PC who came to see how we run our mtgs.

A very productive meeting tonight as the Parish Council works on the review of its Neighbourhood Plan. Lots of great suggestions for improvements and additions to policies but also recognition of what the existing plan has achieved for the village.

Thank you to everyone who came to our neighbourhood plan review meeting last night. This was very positive with constructive discussions about existing and new planning policies for our village including protections for green space and commercial wind & solar energy generation.

Today we've proudly raised the #veday80thanniversary flag as our country commemorates one of the most momentous days in this nation's history. We pay tribute to that special generation and in particular those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. We thank you.
