Here’s a couple U of S ag grads. One from this weekend and one from 34 years ago! Congratulations Janelle Card. Great to catch up with a lot of parents that used to be Agros back when I was there too. Also got to spend a day at Crop Production Show so it was a fun getaway.

Hunting season is over! Freezer’s going to be full again soon. Another great local Cardston area 4-H sale this year. This is probably the 23rd calf we’ve bought in the 19 years we’ve been operating. Didn’t get a picture of him in the sale ring so the photo will have to do.

Tried my kitchen skills at hummus. Turned out excellent. But one pound of chickpeas makes a lot of hummus!

Field Finds!! We rented a little piece of land next to us where a guy has been growing kochia, quackgrass and downy brome for the last 10 years. We decided to spike it up and hooked into an old culvert 60 feet off the fence line about 4 inches deep. Please no more surprises!
