Well it’s been awhile since my last post but we finally got an appointment with a Phycologist and Physiatrist this coming week, hopefully we can get some answers and try moving forward, but has been 1 1/2 years of craziness for all of us.

We have tried CBT Therapy and Anxiety and Stress Relief Counseling with no success 🤞🏻 Daughter had not had any motivation to do much to help herself 🙏

I have been trying to get out when I can to walk and run. Weight still hovering 190 pounds 😩💔 I’m 5’ 2ish feet should weigh 125-130 pounds 🙏 just turned 59 😳 been struggling years to shed weight, over menopause, in calorie deficit most days. Uggggg Today I walked to destress
