Yesterday, class 5/6W were privileged to welcome Dr Gbemisola Ogbolu from Teesside University. She taught us about sustainability and the circular economy. We enjoyed making posters for a competition run by @teessideunitubs!

The EYFS had a fantastic trip Hall Hill Farm on Thursday.

3 of our pupils sang in this wonderful festival last night, as part of Newcastle Cathedral Choir Hexham Abbey

Class 1 had an absolutely fantastic morning at Thornley Woods in #Gateshead! We explored the sculpture trail and found examples of simple and palmate deciduous leaves! #outdoorlearning #nature

The Year 1s also made some bark-rubbings and created some #EnvironmentalArt – all before a lovely picnic!

I’d just like to say a very big thank you to children and parents across the school for the kind words, gifts and cards I’ve received. And a special thank you to past pupils (and parents) that came to say goodbye. I am very grateful and will miss you all. Love Mrs Nichol ❤️
