The plot thickens. My neighbours service is working but they were told the pole is at capacity. So their 'New Sky' service works and my old 'Plusnet' service stops working. If this turns out to be true I'll be switching to Virgin who have a separate cable in Plusnet Help

Kelly's or Quinns who subcontract for Openreach have found a capacity issue and unplugged our service to provide our neighbour with a service. Openreach man here now running a new cable to the green box for us! @OpenreachHelp Plusnet Help Ofcom

So 3 days of no service because of a deliberate action from Openreach subcontractor. My wife has had to go unpaid for 2 days.
