Kaelah and Eve had a great time recognising the barriers we have faced within sport. We have now learnt ways to overcome these barriers and how to grown the uptake of girls in sports within St Modans!

I had a lovely afternoon yesterday at the Active Stirling Ltd Women and Girls in sport event as part of the panel. We chatted about the power of sport and how it can positively impact our lives. Well done to the young ambassadors for asking the panel questions!
