Year 1 and 2 exploring the church as part of our History topic “Our Church”. The children took part in a Church Hunt where they had to find objects inside and outside of the church.

Chanel class enjoying their breakfast today at the Tarro Lounge for 100% attendance achieved last week.

Six children from Foundation Stage and Year 1/ 2 visited the new NHS Diagnostic Centre in Hinckley. We were asked to contribute to the burial of a time capsule and were thrilled to be involved in such an important historical event in our community.

We have signed up to the Rags2Riches4Schools recycling scheme, to help others around the world. The money we raise from every kilo of clothes we collect will go towards school funds. Please could you bring in clothing into school on Monday 30th June by 8.45 am.

Thank you to our Deputy Head boy & girl for calling the Bingo. We were joined by parents & grandparents with a morning bingo session with Year 6. It was welcomed with smiles by all, prizes for a row & a full house were given out to 6 winners. How lovely to share time together!

We are so proud of our year 5/6 this week. They have really shown their determination, perseverance & courage to perform 'Peter Pan' to audiences of parents, family & to the school. All 4 performances were well received with plenty of lovely comments. Huge congratulations to all.
