We have a few of these buildings in our neighbourhood. Unfortunately, they have all been converted to residential space and I’ll be impossible to revert to commercial.

Very near 30 years of continuous growth in the City of Winnipeg, but we continuously hear we need to make more and more cuts. Why? I've been putting it off, but I'm going to start writing again. And the first topic is going to be about how our growth actually makes us poorer.
