Great to hear that lived experience contributed to this. My only hope is that at some point the recommendations that we have repeated for many years are actually actioned. It really is time for action now. Those encountering CJS through gambling are getting such a bad deal.

Back in 2021/22 I put a six point plan together for those hitting the CJS I was supporting via EPIC Restart Foundation so to see that now enhanced with such a similar format that your CJS support programme provides is fantastic to see.

A worthwhile day spent in Middlesbrough using my lived experience to help Public Health North East produce some videos to assist in raising PH staff awareness of gambling harm and the multiple pathways of support available in the north east. Nice that the King popped along too.
