I enjoyed a good swim in Liverpool watersports centre tonight with the jellyfish, a bit fresh at first but we soon warmed up

Long run done, slow and steady, ended up more of a run walk the last hour with the heat but still done, deffo wine o'clock now

Had a great night with old friends and way to many beers, I love these guys

A tough day at Penmaenmawr 10mile Fell Race, with 3 check points and over 2000ft of climb, 1 mile wide Bog at the top slowing us down, great fun, the things you do for a free beer and a cup of soup
