Had our メグミ less than a year and this is how I have to keep the door closed. Defective and cheaply made. We are a charity, so technically classed as commercial, so the customer support team don't want to know and "can't" honour the warranty. Any advice Guardian Money?

Unresolved refund correspondence ongoing from Dec 2018 NorthernRailFeedback. Delay Repay aptly named. Today chatted with Jay who told me all about her boxer dog puppy but couldnt help because the person dealing with my claim was moving house and not in work.

This is her second year. This is an ongoing problem since September 2019. I have had a great deal of contact with your team on Twitter FB and phone. Thought we were getting somewhere but obvs no communication in your organisation.
