Couldn't face work today. Woke up with a huge migraine and felt sick but also really on edge emotionally like I was a minute away from a full blown panic attack or sobbing breakdown. Feeling very trapped and uncertain

Here’s my message to all the young people out there:

I cannot fathom the feeling of the women who came forward about their sexual assault at the hands of Trump. Seeing millions of people vote for their abuser. My heart absolutely breaks for these women. I believe you, and I am so sorry.

Fucking terrifying to wake up to. How could you America?! How could you.

We talk about Trump... But Vance is just as dangerous (if not worse in many ways). RFK Jr is dangerous. Musk is dangerous. Any of them making policy is scary... All of them part of policy making is simply petrifying.

If you're a project manager/transformation type person working in SEND don't be enraging to the staff who actually know SEND and the legislation and how the process should in theory work. You upset everyone with your attitude and make us want to resign. Top tip right there.
