At #FfD4, Minister Ville Tavio, the @WTO DG Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala & Djibouti's Minister H.E. Illyas Moussa Dawaleh co-hosted a side event for the new Enhanced Integrated Framework Phase 3. 🇫🇮 is the first country to #Pledge4EIF3 with a €2.5M commitment to support trade capacity in least developed countries.

Minister Ville Tavio gave the opening statement in the UNU-WIDER side event at #FfD4 in Seville. Interesting discussions about the nexus between data and capacity development around ICT systems and domestic resource mobilization.
