My advice to UN Development’s hardworking gender officers: ➡️ Keep confidence high ➡️ Get peer support ➡️ Reach out to managers without any hesitation It was inspiring to meet some 160 colleagues from around the 🌍 to share my experiences in & passion for #GenderEquality !

Chameli was always a go-getter. What helped her step out was the support at home and shared responsibilities. A father-in-law who pushed her to aim higher. A husband who adjusted routines so she could travel for work in Odisha. With that backing, she is now guiding farmers
