A new cycle and walking route in the north of Swansea is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.🚴‍♂️🚶‍♀️ The 1.4km shared use path between Kingsbridge and Gowerton has been developed using Welsh Government Active Travel funding. 👉 Read more: swansea.gov.uk/article/61194/…

Checking out the ground conditions for a guided tour that I will look to run after Easter, will be looking for some volunteers to try it out shortly once restrictions allow.

Been a while. Injury and virus!! Back on track. So here's what I've been mostly upto.

Great Gower Riders CC CX session tonight, strength block with off camber practice to finish off. Fab to see more riders attending tonight too. @WelshCycling

Beyond frustrating. 9th on Welsh all time list for 10,000 m, 2nd fastest in last 20 years. Sat at home watching a half full race because of team size limits 🤷‍♂️

Great racing at the he Gower Riders CC “race” night and fab to see new faces at Penyrheol. Two more sessions left before the start of the CX season including one race night. @WelshCycling
