On a plane. Weird to see your home locality from the aor, although it's only lights, as time is 0200. On RFDS flight from Kadina to ADL. ETA 0220 Then to wait for an ambulance to get me from RFDS terminal to the RAH.

I've had the ankle of my wounded leg restrained since the 27th of February. Collared one of the more interactive consultants today, asking if this is still necessary as protecting the graft is now out of the equation. No. I am free!

2351 is not an appropriate time to be woken up because someone wants to take your blood pressure, but I'm absolutely fine when a certain little black dog needs an urgent loo break. 🖤 Woof whenever you need me, because I'm actually HOME.

My understanding that the neti pot (nasal irrigator) comes from Ayurvedic medicine. Any #HistMed folks know if there was an equivalent practice in Arabic medicine?
