Sit tight users, there is apparently some mixup with Twitter regarding our application. We're trying to work through it as fast as we can!

Keep sitting tight, @twitterapi #support is a nightmare, all we get are generic pre-written responses not specific to our app at all.

And then the tickets we submit are closed immediately without any real resolution... this might take a little longer than we anticpated...

Perhaps if @twitterapi embraced #developers instead of ignoring them, users would be happier and there wouldn't be a 20% drop... #frustrated

Well good news! We finally got ahold of @twitterapi #support and it seems it is just a mix-up after all as we suspected.

I'd like to say we'll be back up shortly but given how long this has taken so far, I suspect it may take a few more days.

Apparently there is a duplicate of our website out there somewhere. Does anyone know of a website that looks and acts like SmartPage.me?

Yikes, this is getting ugly. Twitter is telling us we are duplicate of another site and has closed our ticket without unsuspending us...

We are still working with Twitter to get this resolved. Support is certainly lacking as they have closed our ticket again without resolution

Please be patient as we look towards other avenues to get Smart Page back online if we don't get a response from Twitter.
