I just got a Stream Deck and it works surprisingly well with my smart home. I’m still figuring everything out but if you are using any good integrations let me know!

This makes me angry! 😡 Starting today, any newly purchased Ring alarm systems will NOT be able to use basic features in the app without a monthly fee. That includes arming/disarming, notifications, Alexa control, and automations. Corporate greed is getting out of control.

Home Assistant strikes again! The Aqara FP2 DOES work with HA using the HomeKit Controller integration! Thanks to the user TrueFormStudios who shared that the FP2 has to be removed from Apple’s Home app before being added to HA. Classic Home Assistant, it’s never too easy!

Pixel Tablet is looking like an amazing smart home dashboard 😯 Basically it’s a Nest Hub Max, but the screen comes off as a tablet and it can switch profiles. It’s $500, which is less expensive than I thought… especially since it comes with the speaker dock!
