Great news! Sixty Bricks, our newly formed property development company wholly owned by the London Borough of Waltham Forest Council, can announce that our first planning approval has been granted for our exciting new development at Lena Kennedy Close in the Ward of Larks Wood.

Our latest sustainable mixed-tenure development of 45 homes at Lena Kennedy Close. Our mixed-tenure approach helps to address the challenges of affordability by aspiring to offer up to 50% of our new homes, comprised of rented and shared ownership.
