I think grey has some points, especially in making tournaments matter more than results against better teams because you can always win a set against a good team but it only matters if you can win tournaments against good teams

I don't think plus server even gets its main use through anyways, from what I've heard it gets used sometimes and is dead almost every other time, I get it's use being for higher tier practice, but you can get that same use out of just getting to know people, like a community
